The Challenge
As a non-profit dedicated to yoga and wellness, Rose Garden Collective needed a digital home that felt less like a corporate website and more like a warm, inviting community space. Their existing tools were fragmented, with event details, class schedules, and community resources scattered across different platforms. The core challenge was to translate the intangible feeling of their physical space—organic, inclusive, and peaceful—into a functional digital environment. They needed a platform that could handle complex content updates and bookings without requiring technical expertise to maintain.
The Solution
We started by using Figma to craft a custom design language centered on organic shapes, soft earth tones, and fluid typography, perfectly mirroring the client's vision. This high-fidelity design phase allowed us to iterate on the 'vibe' until it felt authentic to their mission. For development, we built a robust Next.js application hosted on Vercel for optimal performance. We integrated Storyblok as a Headless CMS, giving the non-profit team an intuitive interface to manage their rich content. For class management, we seamlessly integrated Setmore, allowing users to book classes directly without leaving the branded environment of the website.

The Result
The new platform perfectly captures the non-profit's ethos, allowing them to easily manage content and bookings while providing an inviting digital space for their community.
